I want you to feel safe when you shop with me. Therefore, I always comply with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act , the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

1. The Products

The images presented of each product are to be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance of the product. The ceramics are handmade and stated measurements may vary slightly between the different products. Colors are also often difficult to display correctly on different monitors.

Upon purchase, an agreement is entered into between the customer and Studio Latitud / Richardsson Consulting in Malmö AB (559084-9187).

 

2. Delivery conditions

The products are always sent with tracking, and the carrier might vary depending on your country of living. 

Your order can also be picked up by agreement in central Malmö, Sweden.

 

2.1 Package not collected

For packages that are returned to us because the customer has not picked up the delivery, we charge SEK 190. This is to cover extra shipping costs and extra handling of the delivery.

 

3. Right of withdrawal and exchanges
The right of withdrawal applies for 30 days from the time you have received the item, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act . You of course have the right to open the packaging to take a closer look at the product. The item being returned must be unused, in full original packaging and in undamaged condition.

Always contact me at maria@studiolatitud.se before you return an item, and you will receive information on how we handle the return.

When returning goods, you are responsible for the return costs yourself.

Reimbursement of the order amount or cancellation of the issued invoice is made within 30 days from the date on which the returned item was received.

 

4. Complaint

5. Method of payment

Several payment methods are available in the store. These may vary over time, and current payment methods are shown at checkout. All information connected to your payment (such as card number) is handled with the highest possible encryption and on secure servers.

 

 

6. Handling of personal data

Studio Latitud saves your personal data (email address, delivery address and name) in my customer register. No unauthorized person has access to this register. Email addresses are not disclosed to other companies except the companies that handle the payment solution chosen by the customer. We never share your data with any other party.

7. Dispute

In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

 

8. Sales to minors

Studio Latitud only enters into an agreement with an adult. This means that you must be 18 years of age to shop with us.

 

9. Miscellaneous

Studio Latitud reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offerings, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or because a sale object has expired, Studio Latitud has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid.
