Collection: Scandinature

For this collection, I wanted to focus on the Nordic nature, and create pieces that bring a bit of serenity to your table. Looking at the collection, you will find shapes, structures and colours from nature. There are horizons, stones, moss, beaches and rocks to be found in the different pieces. 


The collection is created with smaller dishes in mind - an amuse bouche, starter or a dessert. The colours are muted and inspired by nature, which also allows the food to take center stage. 


Working locally is something very close to my heart, and I’m honoured to be working with chefs who share my passion for local and in season. Together we have created something that we hope will inspire you.
