Undo your purchase
According to the new EU regulation (which comes into effect on 2026-06-19), you must be able to cancel your purchase via a digital button.
You can also always just contact me by email, and we'll sort it out! As a sole proprietor, I am keen for you to always feel secure when you shop with me, and to be satisfied with your purchase.
But to comply with the legislation, the cancellation button is here:
What happens when you click the button is that you are taken to your email program, where an email is created with a pre-filled subject and content. You then need to fill in your name and order number.
When you send the email to me, you will receive an automatic reply (also a requirement under the new law) showing that the email has reached me.
Since I am often at the potter's wheel (and my hands are very messy), I don't reply to all emails immediately, but I promise you that I will get back to you as soon as I can.
