Undo your purchase
According to the new EU regulation (which comes into effect on 2026-06-19), you must be able to cancel your purchase via a digital button.
You could just contact me by email, and we'll sort it out! As a one-woman-business, I am keen for you to always feel safe when you order something from me, and to be happy with your purchase.
But to comply with the legislation, the cancellation button is here:
What happens when you click the button is that you are taken to your email program, where an email is created with a pre-filled subject and content. You then need to fill in your name and order number.
When you send the email to me, you will receive an automatic reply (also a requirement under the new law) showing that the email has reached me.
Since I am often at the potter's wheel (and my hands are very messy), I don't reply to all emails immediately, but I promise you that I will get back to you as soon as I can.
