This summer, MOI opens in Soho/London, a Japanese-inspired grill & omakase bar. They combine local British ingredients with Japanese flavors, and everything is of the highest quality.
Together we have developed a shape for a water carafe, inspired by a combination of Japanese serenity and Nordic edge. I've made them in both white and black (one for still water and one for bubbly). I also made mugs, both my espresso mugs and a slightly smaller version of the cappuccino mugs .
I haven't had the opportunity to visit them myself yet, but judging by the Instagram feed , it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
