The new "Scandinature" collection is here! I've been working on it for a couple of months and I'm incredibly happy and proud to finally be able to show you what I've been up to.
The collection itself is inspired by our Scandinavian nature. It features details such as stone, moss, sandy beaches, birch trees, and snowstorms. I have primarily created the different pieces in the collection for small dishes, a beautiful dessert, or a delicate starter. The colors are subdued, also inspired by nature, and allow the food to take center stage when the dish is served at the table.
Not only is there a brand new collection – I've also created a magazine to present it! There are so many ideas behind it, and the plates and bowls need food to truly come into their own. So, I took the collection and visited some of southern Sweden's best chefs. Together, we present the collection as it should be experienced!
